Overview

An opportunity has arisen at a fast moving infrastructure fund for an interim fund financial controller to join their team. Over the past 5 years this fund has doubled its AUM to approximately $15 billion. This position is a maternity cover for an initial 12 months.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Production of fund management information

  • Reporting on investment performance

  • Financial due diligence of target investments

  • Working with administrators to complete statutory accounts

  • Reviewing administrators drawdowns, distributions and equalisation calculations

Requirements

  • At least 5 years as an experienced Fund Financial Controller preferably within infrastructure

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar qualified

  • Have strong financial modelling experience
